Do you provide International shipping

 

Unfortunately we do not. We only ship in the United States. 

 

 

Do you ship out of state?

 

Yes for select companies.  If you are out of state we use a third party drop shipping company.   Trucking company does curb side delivery only and you unload the truck.  You can request lift gate service for $50.00.  Lift gate service is where the delivery company will place the items on the ground for you. The shipping company will not bring your pallet up the driveway to your garage or in your home.

Not all items can be shipped out-of-state.  Ask staff for product specific details.

 

What is your return policy?

 

There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned items free of defects. Mattresses are non-refundable once open out of it's original shrink wrapping. No returns on floor model or non warrantied items. 

Is there a weight limit for your beds?

 

Each bed and loft unit has a 1000lb weight limit. More than double the required safety standard. 

 

 

Is there a white glove delivery service?

 

Yes! But only in local areas. Any more than 50 miles from our location call to see if we can service your area.

 

 

What is the weight limit for your beds?

Each manufacturer has their own weight limits.  Below are weight limits per manufacturer per bed.

Bayside - 250 to 400 lbs (depending on model)

Coastline - 475 lbs

Jackpot - 400 lbs

Lakeside - 250 lbs

Maxtrix - 800 lbs, XL beds 2,200 lbs

Rooms4Kids - 1000 lbs

Are your beds easy to assemble?

 

Yes and No.  We always recommend to have our 3rd party delivery team deliver and assemble your furniture.  They are quick, efficient, and it provides you with an in home warranty.   While we do our best to open and check all items for concealed shipping damage, hardware, and factory defects we are human.  We will deal the manufacturer regarding any damage, defects, or missing pieces.

What are your delivery options?
We offer 3 options for you to receive your furniture.
1) customer pick directly from our store is always free and with an appointment we can help you load it into your vehicle
2) delivery only - for a fee we will deliver it to your garage or first floor room
3) full delivery & setup - for a fee our professional team will deliver and setup your furniture in your room of choice.  They will also remove all packaging.

Why does warranty vary per delivery option? 
 
With customer pick up and delivery only each at home assembler will have different levels of skill, knowledge, and tools.  Unfortunately that means furniture can be assembled incorrectly therefore causing damage.  If a piece of furniture needs to be replaced or repaired the customer will need to bring the piece to us for exchange.   For a fee we can set up a appointment and send our team for a service appointment.

We are confident with our delivery team and fully warranty their work.  An in home warranty is provided based on manufacturer length.
